Award winning Springfontein Sauvignon Blanc!
Our congratulations go to Anja Weber and her team at Springfontein in South Africa for their latest accolade:
Springfontein Terroir Selection Sauvignon Blanc 2010 has achieved the Top Sauvignon Blanc accolade at the SA Terroir Wine Awards, in the Walker Bay and Cape Agulhas Districts category.
"The atypical style of this winner Sauvignon appeals to a broad spectrum of palates, from crisp white to complex red wine lovers. Multi-layered aromas and a full body, which is derived from Sur Lie ageing (lees contact), are consistent with the creamy and elegant long finish after a single sip."
