Jonathan Ray, What I've enjoyed most this week...
We were thrilled to learn that Jonathan Ray, wine writer for the Telegraph newspaper selected our Bordeaux Supérieur by Ets J-P Moueix this week for his "What I've Enjoyed Most this Week" column.
"This is a little gem made by the winemaker responsible for Château Pétrus. A blend of 75 percent merlot and 25 per cent cabernet franc, it is full-flavoured, juicy and dark with rich, ripe rounded fruit and silky smooth tannins. Enjoy it with rare fillet of beef and morel mushrooms."
