Wine Spectator Insider
The 2005 vintage of Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon has been given a whopping 90 point score in the Wine Spectator's first look at editor Marvin Shanken's most exciting new wines. Of the 2005 vintage the magazine says:
"Smooth-textured, supple and harmonious, with subtle layers of currant, spice, herb, anise and light cedary oak, ending with a graceful mix of ripe fruit and fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2013."
We have just a few cases of this lovely wine remaining (£175 per case of 6 in bond London) so please call us on 01353 721 999 to add a case to your wine cellar. We also have a few cases of the 2004 vintage which was showing so superbly at our Suffolk tastings in May @ £28.99 a bottle including VAT.
