This is the third vintage of Aristea's popular Sauvignon Blanc (75%) / Semillon (25%) blend made from fruit sourced in Elgin's cooler climate vineyards. The Sauvignon was aged for 9 months in large 500 litre barrels with just a quarter of them new. The Semillon was aged in a single 500 litre barrel. Just 2,330 bottles were made for international distribution, so don't miss it!
