Technical Sheet |
At HBL, as we call it, Cabernet Sauvignon is the predominant variety. Stellar winemaker Jean-Michel Garcion uses a minimum of 85% in the blend, with Merlot in the supporting role along with a small percentage of Petit Verdot to add aromatics. Bought by the de Schepper family in the 1960s, this property has been on the rise ever since, through steady application of classed growth techniques and standards.

Still very youthful with gallons of juicy black fruits, spiced and grilled, and it will age gloriously if given the chance – superb.
