With the third generation now at the helm, Domaine Firmin Dezat is enjoying small but important tweaks, particularly in the vineyard, to maintain and raise the quality of their wines. Pinot Noir from Sancerre comes to resemble its Côte d’Or counterparts, perhaps not surprisingly given that it is only 200km from Beaune.
