Technical Sheet |
60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on stony clay-limestone soils in the dry and windy Mediterranean climate of the Côtes de Thongue. Destemmed grapes undergo a 15-day maceration, with déléstage (rack and return) during the first three days and one pumpover per day after that, adding colour and a velvety structure. Once blended, the wine is aged in vats for six months. See our Viognier note above for more information on this family-run domaine which produces a variety of wines to reflect the local terroir.

Cabernet – Merlot blend. Pale red to the rim with a nose of juicy, brambly red fruits, a light crunch on the palate which is full of juicy, racy red berry fruit, lifted and pure, just a delight.
