The Cave de Buxy is one of the largest in France and alone controls around 80% of all Montagny production; they are all about the quality and are very selective about the fruit they accept, offering advice and assistance to their contributing growers throughout the year to ensure that they receive only high quality fruit from across southern Burgundy.

It took a long time for us to find the right White Burgundy to put our Private Cellar label to, but the wait was well worth it. Fresh and leafy on the nose with creamy white fruits on the palate, restrained and floral with a distant grilled note and a lovely zingy finish this is delicious either on its own or with food.
