From arguably Nahe’s finest estate, this characterful wine acts as a wonderful entry point to the Dönnhoff family of wines. It works perfectly as an aperitif and also pairs brilliantly with Asian cuisine, shellfish dishes and cheese – think of it as a light splash of lemon juice to brighten up richer dishes.
