Château Sainte Croix's first five hectares of vines were planted in 1924; fourth generation Stéphane Pélépol now manages more than 50 hectares, spread across the Var region, focusing on rosé as well as red wines.

A blend of Merlot, Grenache and Cinsault. Awarded a silver medal at Millésime Bio, an outstanding result in their first year of certification. Very pale pink with a nose of crispy red fruits, cranberry, a light creamed note, citrusy and fresh with an appealing leafiness. On the palate fresh, light sherbety fruit, some red berries with a barley sugar twist, light and airy and going to a fine finish. This is all about the fun!
