Château Sainte Croix's first five hectares of vines were planted in 1924; fourth generation Stéphane Pélépol now manages more than 50 hectares, spread across the Var region, focusing on rosé as well as red wines.

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah – and gold medal winner at Millésime Bio in Montpellier earlier this year. Very slightly paler than the Var version, almost water white, with a nose of crisp red fruit, juicy with a note of raspberry and even some peach leading to a creamed, juicy red fruit palate, leafy and pure with more weight and presence, but just as much energy and utterly drinkable.
