This spends a year in barrel, two thirds in large foudres and the rest in barrique, before passing the cold winter period in tank prior to bottling. Pale gold with plump, spiced white stone fruit and a hint of crème brûlée, rich and juicy but with a deliciously racy, citrus-infused finish.
