tasting comes from Pablo and Vincent’s hearts; they care passionately about their vineyards,
their people and, most of all, the resulting wines.

From 1.84 ha in the Hautes Côtes, aged in a mix of foudres and barrels. Pale green gold with a nose of creamed white stone fruits, some chalky notes, not overt, with caramelised notes leading to a juicy, rich and creamed palate, lovely and racy in the mid palate, freshened with a green note, linear and tight too, going to a long, supple finish.
